The full surface area of modern life admin, handled.
A real human operator owns each task from intake to completion. You decide what we touch. We do the work.
No card. We finish the first one before you decide anything.
Your expert access to AI
You want to build with AI. We know the tools.
Most people know AI can do remarkable things. Far fewer know which tool, which prompt, which workflow, or where to start. That's the part we handle. You describe the outcome you want. A real operator picks the right tools, does the work, and hands you something finished.
Websites, custom GPTs, research syntheses, image and brand assets, document cleanup, workflow automations, AI-assisted writing. If it's something AI can do well today, we can do it for you. A human reviews every output before it reaches you. Complex builds may carry a higher rate, and we'll always quote it before we start.
- "Build me a simple website for my side business. You handle the tools, I'll review."
- "Draft a custom GPT that answers questions about our employee handbook."
- "Use AI to clean up and summarize three years of meeting notes into one document."
- "Generate a logo and brand colors for my new practice. Show me three directions."
One human operator. One thread. AI is the tool, not the experience.
Real tasks, real outcomes
What it actually looks like in practice.
Real requests. Real outcomes. The before-and-after of a normal Tuesday.
"Cancel my Equinox membership. They keep hiding the cancellation page."
Handled.
Operator called Equinox, navigated the retention script, secured written confirmation. 38 minutes. Client never picked up the phone.
"Book me a dentist before Friday. In-network with Delta Dental."
Handled.
Three in-network options reviewed. Operator booked the closest one for Thursday at 10:30am. Calendar invite delivered.
"Dispute the $187 charge from Verizon. They said it was a system error two months ago."
Handled.
Operator escalated past the first rep, secured a reversal plus a $40 service credit. Confirmation forwarded.
"My dad needs a cardiologist follow-up. He's in Boise. I'm in Salt Lake."
Handled.
Three in-network cardiologists shortlisted. Operator called Dad to confirm his preference, booked the appointment, set reminders for both households.
"Austin June 12. Cheapest flight, decent hotel near downtown, under $700 total."
Handled.
Flight booked at $312. Hampton Inn downtown at $189/night. Itinerary delivered with confirmation numbers.
"Return three Amazon packages without me going to UPS."
Handled.
Return labels generated. UPS pickup scheduled at the house for Tuesday morning. Refund tracking link delivered.
What we handle, by category
Organized the way your life actually is.
Six categories. Equal depth. If your task fits anywhere close, we can almost certainly take it.
A note on scope
A few things worth knowing before you send.
We're built for one specific thing. We want to be honest about what that is.
We're a task service, not a staffing service. You don't manage us. You don't train us. You don't onboard us. You send a task, an operator owns it, and you get a clean update when it lands. If you want a dedicated assistant who learns your business over months, that's a different product and a much bigger commitment. We're built for the things you need handled this week.
We're not lawyers, doctors, or financial advisors. We can book the appointment, organize the records, and find the right professional. We can't give advice that requires a license. When a task crosses that line, we'll tell you and point you to who can.
You stay in control of decisions. We research, vet, and present options. You pick. Then we execute. We don't spend money or commit you to anything without your explicit approval.

"Got your three tasks. I'll start with the BCBS appeal since it's time-sensitive. I'll send the dispute draft for your review before I file. The other two are queued for tomorrow morning."
Posted 4:12 PM
This is what every task feels like. One operator. One thread. No chaos.
Still not sure?
"Can you actually do my thing?"
Almost certainly. We've handled tasks ranging from "cancel this membership" to "plan my wedding rehearsal dinner for 40 people in Park City." If yours fits somewhere in that range, send it. The first one is on us, and you'll know within an hour whether we can take it.
No card. No commitment. We finish the first one before you decide.
