Terms of Service
Effective August 8, 2025
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the LifeHandled website or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including mandatory individual arbitration and limitations on remedies. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
Definitions
- Client — the individual who purchases a subscription and submits tasks.
- Task — any request submitted through LifeHandled’s approved channels.
- Written Instructions — the text submitted by Client that forms the basis of any task.
- Service — the task-based administrative support provided by LifeHandled under these Terms.
- Subscription — the paid plan purchased by the Client for access to the Service.
1. Binding Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. By using LifeHandled’s services, you agree to resolve disputes only through binding individual arbitration and to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
A. No Class or Representative Actions. You and LifeHandled agree that any dispute or claim between us will be resolved solely through individual arbitration or individual action, and not as a class, collective, coordinated, or representative action of any kind. Class arbitration is expressly prohibited.
B. Scope. If we are unable to resolve a concern informally, either party may initiate binding arbitration regarding any dispute arising out of your use of LifeHandled’s services, these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or any interaction with LifeHandled. This agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) and survives termination.
C. Informal Resolution. Before initiating arbitration, you and LifeHandled agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally. The party seeking relief must send a Notice of Dispute in writing and allow the other party 30 calendar days to respond. Send your Notice by certified U.S. mail to:

Your Notice must include your full legal name and contact information, a description of the dispute, and the specific relief sought.
D. Arbitration Rules. If a dispute is not resolved informally, either party may initiate binding arbitration through the AAA, JAMS, or another mutually agreed provider. Unless otherwise agreed, arbitration will be conducted virtually; if in-person is necessary, it will be held in Salt Lake County, Utah, unless a consumer requests their county of residence.
E. Fees. Filing, administrative, and arbitrator fees will be allocated according to the applicable rules. If those rules require LifeHandled to pay some or all fees for a consumer claim, we will do so.
F. Opt-Out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice via certified U.S. mail to the address above, or email hello@mylifehandled.com with subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out.” Notice must include your full legal name, mailing address, and a statement of intent to opt out.
G. Severability. If any part of this section is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still apply to the maximum extent permitted by law. If a claim must be resolved in court, you agree to bring it exclusively in state or federal court in Salt Lake County, Utah, and not as a class action.
2. No Professional Advice
LifeHandled does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice. You are hiring us solely to complete straightforward everyday tasks based on your written instructions.
We do not review, vet, or guarantee the quality of any outcomes. Nothing we provide should be interpreted as professional advice or relied upon in place of consultation with a licensed provider. Your use of the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship.
3. Communication Expectations
You agree that all service interactions occur exclusively in writing via email, text, or the client portal. No phone calls, no video meetings. No exceptions.
4. Plan Limits
You understand your service is limited to the number of tasks and/or task time associated with the plan you purchased. Submitting tasks beyond this scope is not permitted and may result in non-fulfillment or cancellation.
5. No Guarantee of Accuracy
You agree: “I understand that information or coordination provided by LifeHandled may contain inaccuracies, be incomplete, or not reflect the best possible outcome. I will not rely on anything provided as legal, financial, or medical advice.”
You are solely responsible for reviewing all work done on your behalf, verifying the accuracy of submissions or confirmations, and ensuring your instructions are clear, correct, and lawful. We make no guarantees regarding effectiveness, outcome, or accuracy.
6. No Warranties
LifeHandled provides all services, tools, communications, and materials “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, security, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any material will be accurate or suitable for your purpose, that your expectations will be met, or that results will be free from omission or misinterpretation.
7. Refunds and Service Expectations
Refunds are available only within three (3) calendar days of signup, provided no task has been submitted. After this window or after submission of the first task, the subscription becomes non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If you are beyond the 3-day refund window, you may still cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Your service will remain available through the end of your current billing period.
From time to time, LifeHandled may choose to issue a refund outside of this stated policy on a case-by-case basis. Any such decision does not create a precedent or modify these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LifeHandled shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
In no event shall LifeHandled’s total cumulative liability for any claims exceed the total amount you paid for the service in the three (3) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Authorization to Act
By submitting a task, you grant LifeHandled permission to act on your behalf to complete that task, including communicating with third parties, submitting forms, and scheduling or booking.
LifeHandled may access tools you specifically authorize (e.g., calendar or shopping sites) but will never access financial institutions, healthcare portals, legal platforms, or government systems. We will never impersonate you or provide legal, financial, or medical advice.
10. Governing Terms
This agreement, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, defines the full scope of your relationship with LifeHandled. If anything in our website or marketing contradicts these Terms, these Terms control.
If we make an exception for you in writing, that applies only to that instance and does not change these Terms for future interactions.
11. Consent to Store Information and Receive Marketing
By using LifeHandled, you give us permission to securely store the information you provide for the purpose of completing your tasks, managing your account, and improving service quality.
You agree to receive occasional service-related updates or marketing messages by email or SMS. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message or clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.
12. Force Majeure
LifeHandled shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including cyberattacks, denial-of-service events, third-party API outages, disruptions in AI service platforms, natural disasters, acts of God, internet or power outages, labor shortages, civil unrest, or government restrictions.
13. Third-Party Tools and Services
Some tasks may involve using third-party platforms or services to fulfill your request. You acknowledge that:
- LifeHandled has no control over the performance, functionality, reliability, or availability of third-party services.
- LifeHandled is not responsible for any service failure, data loss, error, delay, or limitation caused by a third-party tool.
- Your use of any third-party platform may also be governed by that platform’s terms and policies.
14. Modifications to These Terms
LifeHandled may update or modify these Terms. Material changes become effective seven (7) calendar days after we provide notice via email or post a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. No changes to dispute resolution, arbitration, or refund rights will be retroactively applied without your express written consent.
15. Execution Disclaimer
LifeHandled performs only administrative or clerical tasks based strictly on the written instructions you provide. We do not interpret, rephrase, expand, or analyze your instructions. If any portion of your submitted task appears to contain legal, financial, medical, or advisory content, you agree we are merely relaying your words as a messenger and are not responsible for any consequences that result from executing your request as written.
16. Elderly Client Policy
By using our service, you confirm that you are not acting on behalf of an elderly person without power of attorney or legal authorization, you are of sound mind, and you are not suffering from diminished capacity.
If you are submitting tasks on behalf of an elderly person, you certify that you have legal authority to act on their behalf and that they understand LifeHandled does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. We reserve the right to request verification of legal authority.
17. Subscription Access and Non-Usage
Your payment grants you access to submit tasks, not a guarantee of completed work. If you fail to submit tasks, delay submission, or do not use the service during your subscription period, you are not entitled to any refund, credit, or carryover.
LifeHandled may decline, delay, or fail to complete a task for any reason, including insufficient instructions, unclear requests, third-party issues, or platform limitations. Minor errors or unmet expectations do not constitute service failure or grounds for refund.
18. Frivolous Claims
Disputes or complaints raised in good faith are welcomed. However, if a client initiates legal action, regulatory complaints, or public accusations in bad faith, with knowingly false claims, or solely for purposes of harassment, LifeHandled reserves the right to seek legal remedies, including recovery of legal costs, damages, and fees. This provision does not apply to good-faith disputes or valid consumer protection claims.
19. Task Execution, Authority, and Information Sharing
By submitting a task, you authorize LifeHandled to act on your behalf to complete that task, which may include contacting third parties, submitting forms, drafting or delivering messages, making purchases or bookings, or handling other administrative actions reasonably related to your request.
Each subscription plan includes a fixed number of tasks or task credits. Multi-step processes, follow-ups, or tasks requiring contact with multiple third parties may count as more than one task. LifeHandled reserves full discretion in how tasks are counted, within the limits of your selected plan.
20. Use of AI Tools and Third-Party Automation
LifeHandled relies on artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning systems, and automated third-party tools as a core part of how we operate and deliver services. AI is not supplemental to our service — it is foundational.
By submitting any task, message, instruction, or content to LifeHandled, you expressly consent to our use of AI platforms to process that information. We do not intentionally input Social Security numbers, banking login credentials, government-issued access credentials, or protected health data into AI systems. AI-generated content may contain factual errors; you are responsible for reviewing all results before acting on them.
If you do not wish for your data to be used with AI tools, you must notify us in writing before submitting a task.
21. Ownership of Output, Materials, and Submissions
All task outputs, drafts, templates, written content, communications, and materials created by LifeHandled — whether generated by humans, AI, or automated systems — are and remain the sole and exclusive property of LifeHandled.
You are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any outputs we create for you for any lawful personal, commercial, or business purpose. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the outputs to third parties unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You retain ownership of any original content, instructions, and data you submit. We will never publicly associate reused content with your name or personal information unless you provide written permission.
22. User Identity, Authority, and Submission of Tasks
You affirmatively represent that all information, instructions, or content you submit are accurate, lawfully obtained, and submitted with full authorization and consent from all relevant parties.
LifeHandled does not verify the identity or authority of users beyond the information voluntarily provided. All actions are taken based solely on your representations, and we are entitled to rely on them as true and complete without further investigation.
If you submit a task that involves or affects another person, you assume full legal responsibility and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold LifeHandled harmless from any claim arising from such submission.
23. Fraud, Impersonation, and Duty Limitations
You may not submit tasks that are fraudulent, illegal, or misrepresentative. You may not impersonate another person, falsify information, or misuse our Service for any unlawful purpose. LifeHandled does not verify the truthfulness, authority, or legal validity of the tasks you submit. We reserve the right to terminate your access or refer matters to law enforcement in the event of suspected fraud or criminal conduct.
24. No Obligation to Remedy Downstream Consequences
LifeHandled is not liable for any consequences, burdens, or required corrective actions that arise from the execution of a task at your request, including penalties, late fees, misunderstandings, or costs required to undo a completed task.
We are not required to perform follow-up work, re-do tasks, issue apologies, or correct perceived damage unless we explicitly agree to do so in writing.
25. Personal Responsibility and Assumed Risk
You alone are responsible for your choices, actions, and outcomes. LifeHandled provides administrative support based on your written instructions. We do not guarantee any specific result and we do not offer legal, medical, financial, or strategic advice. By using the Service, you assume all risks associated with your decisions.
26. Notice by Email is Binding
You agree that all legal notices, policy updates, billing information, and service-related communications may be sent via email to the address associated with your account. You are responsible for keeping your email address current and monitoring your inbox.
27. Survival of Terms After Termination
Arbitration, indemnification, task-related disclaimers, fraud and identity provisions, and all representations made in this agreement survive cancellation, expiration, or termination of your account and remain enforceable indefinitely.
28. Consumer Rights Compliance
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit your non-waivable rights under applicable federal or state consumer protection laws.
Nothing in these Terms limits your right to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, your state Attorney General’s office, or any relevant consumer protection agency.
29. Severability
If any provision in these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
30. Client Cooperation Requirement
You agree to cooperate in good faith by responding promptly to requests for clarification, providing accurate, complete, and lawful written instructions, and refraining from abusive or unreasonably burdensome behavior. Failure to cooperate may result in delayed service, task cancellation, or suspension of your account.
31. Misuse, Abuse, and System Gaming
You agree not to exploit, manipulate, or misuse LifeHandled’s services, including by submitting fake or redundant tasks, using multiple accounts to bypass plan limits, or submitting tasks for unlawful purposes. No refund will be granted for accounts terminated under this section.
32. No Agency, Fiduciary, or Employment Relationship
LifeHandled is not your employee, agent, fiduciary, legal representative, or partner. Nothing in these Terms creates an employer-employee or joint venture relationship. Any task performed is done at your request as an independent, non-binding administrative service.
33. No Duty to Investigate Legality or Ethics
LifeHandled does not evaluate the legal, moral, financial, reputational, or safety implications of the tasks you submit. We do not monitor or review instructions beyond basic formatting and execution readiness.
34. Technical Limitations Disclaimer
Technical issues, outages, or compatibility problems may impact task performance. Platform limits, character restrictions, or file size constraints may limit execution. LifeHandled is not liable for errors, delays, or failures caused by these limitations.
35. Inappropriate or Unlawful Content
You agree not to submit any task, message, file, or instruction that:
- (a) is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, harassing, threatening, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable;
- (b) encourages or advocates conduct that is illegal, violent, harmful, fraudulent, or likely to give rise to civil or criminal liability;
- (c) impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity, authority, or affiliation;
- (d) violates any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right;
- (e) promotes or solicits funds for products, services, political campaigns, or commercial ventures unrelated to LifeHandled; or
- (f) contains malware, tracking scripts, or technical exploits intended to interfere with or compromise the service.
LifeHandled reserves the right to monitor, restrict, delete, reject, or report any submission that violates these terms, and may terminate your account without notice if inappropriate or unlawful use is detected.
36. Personal Use
LifeHandled’s services and any associated materials are provided for your personal use only. You may not use the services on behalf of any third party, or in connection with any commercial or competitive endeavor, unless expressly authorized in writing by LifeHandled.
37. Eligibility and Children
You must be at least 18 years old to use LifeHandled. The service is not intended for or directed to children under the age of 13.
38. Non-English Translations
These Terms of Service are provided in English. Any translations are offered for convenience only. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall control.
39. Right to Refuse Service
LifeHandled reserves the right to refuse service, cancel user accounts, suspend task submissions, or terminate access to any part of the service at any time, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice.
40. Consent to Contact
By providing your telephone number or email address to LifeHandled, you consent to being contacted by LifeHandled at that number or address, including via SMS, email, or phone call, subject to applicable telemarketing law exceptions.
41. Additional Terms
Certain services offered through LifeHandled may be subject to additional terms, guidelines, or rules posted or presented at the time of use. Your use of those services is conditioned on your acceptance of the additional terms, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
42. Testimonial Release and Publicity Consent
By submitting any written, audio, or video testimonial about LifeHandled, you grant LifeHandled a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully transferable and sublicensable license to use, publish, reproduce, edit, adapt, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit your testimonial for any lawful promotional, advertising, or marketing purpose. If you do not wish for your testimonial to be used publicly, you must notify us in writing prior to or at the time of submission.
43. Electronic Signature and E-SIGN Act Compliance
By creating an account, checking a box, clicking “I Agree,” or using LifeHandled’s services, you agree to conduct transactions electronically and consent to be bound by these Terms in full under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce (E-SIGN) Act and all applicable state electronic transaction laws. This electronic agreement has the same legal force and effect as a signed paper contract.
44. Acknowledgement
By using LifeHandled’s website, submitting a task, creating an account, or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full.
